What you'll do

• Manage and motivate crews of 3–8
• communicate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and project management
• interpret layouts and drawings
• evaluate site conditions and schedules
• identify out-of-scope work and prepare change requests
• receive, stage, and manage inventory
• install cabinets, countertops, trim, wall panels, and retail fixtures
• submit time sheets, expense reports, daily reports, and progress photos
• support site safety.
