It translates operational challenges into repeatable analytical solutions in partnership with engineers and operational stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Build and support optimization models for capacity planning, routing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• formulate business problems as decision variables, objectives, and constraints
• build, test, and maintain predictive models
• prepare and validate data and engineer features
• automate recurring analyses, model runs, and reporting
• maintain Snowflake data models
• create dashboards and decision-support tools
• document methods and communicate findings and limitations.

Why this role

Requires hands-on mixed-integer linear programming experience and an optimization library or solver, strong SQL and Python, and applied predictive modeling and workflow automation experience. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of relevant experience required; master’s degree preferred.
