Senior Instructional Systems Designer

The Senior Instructional Systems Designer works onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $45–$65 per hour. What you'll do

• Diagnose performance gaps with stakeholders and define prioritized learning objectives
• design blended learning solutions including job aids, practice scenarios, facilitator guides, and digital modules
• build evaluation plans and report performance outcomes
• prototype and iterate pilots using learner and manager feedback
• standardize reusable design patterns
• coach subject-matter experts
• deliver complete program packages with objectives, content, assessment, and maintenance notes.
