What you'll do

- assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring
- support curriculum revisions and course development
- maintain qualified faculty staffing
- supervise faculty and staff, including orientation, mentorship, and development
- oversee accreditation preparation and required reports
- facilitate systematic program reviews and outcome data collection
- represent the program at college meetings
- collaborate with college leadership and stakeholders
- supervise faculty recruitment and hiring
- teach nursing courses as required by Board of Nursing regulations.
