What you'll do
- Provide care according to each client’s plan of care and the state nurse practice act
- administer and monitor oncology home infusion therapy, including chemotherapy and related treatments, per physician orders
- monitor patient condition and report changes or adverse reactions
- maintain clinical records in compliance with applicable laws
- counsel clients and families about nursing and related needs.

Why this role
