Indus Communities manages multifamily communities in the Spring Branch and Southwest Houston area, aiming to turn under-managed properties into thriving communities. The consultant helps prospective residents find homes and supports the resident experience throughout leasing and occupancy. The role combines prospect engagement, leasing administration, resident service, and coordination with maintenance and management teams to support community performance and standards.

What you'll do

• Welcome prospects and learn their needs
• conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes
• convert qualified prospects into residents
• process lease applications and assist with screening
• support move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
• build resident relationships
• assist with marketing, outreach, and events
• conduct apartment inspections
• coordinate with maintenance and management teams.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of relevant sales and customer service experience. Two or more years in customer service and multifamily housing or hospitality sales and leasing is preferred.
