Customer Service Dispatcher and Invoicing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Answer phones and assist customers
• schedule and dispatch service technicians based on priority, location, and availability
• communicate job details and updates to technicians
• adjust schedules for emergency calls and changes
• document service requests and job completion details
• confirm appointments and address inquiries
• determine service charges, collect payments or deposits, or arrange billing
• help resolve complaints and scheduling conflicts.
