What you'll do

• Set up the work station, dish machine, and chemical levels
• operate and clean equipment
• clean hoods, filters, steam tables, bus tables, carts, ovens, and grills
• maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
• follow emergency procedures
• report or correct observed hazardous conditions. Meeting-room setup, guest issues, and houseman duties may be assigned.
