What you'll do

• Install and configure MedBank Tower and MedFlex Cabinet systems at client locations
• train clients on system use and maintenance and provide training materials
• perform maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues
• keep maintenance and repair records
• build relationships with long-term care center staff
• provide remote training and troubleshooting
• travel to customer locations for onsite support, installation, and training.
