CNC Machinist, Second Shift

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• perform light setups, fixture setup, tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• for highly skilled machinists, program and set up machines from scratch
• read blueprints and work instructions
• verify programs, fixtures, tooling, and settings
• inspect parts with precision instruments
• maintain tolerances
• monitor production and adjust machines
• report quality or production issues
• perform daily maintenance and follow safety procedures.
