What you'll do

• Prepare internal and external financial reports, including SEC filings and financial statements
• maintain the audit and reporting calendar
• and prepare Section 16 reports. Manage financial statement audits and field exams, coordinate requested documentation, and oversee SOX Section 404 testing and internal control policies. Analyze general ledger accounts and strategic initiatives, prepare and review journal entries and financial statements, provide accounting guidance, and lead, train, and evaluate team members. CPA and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related business degree are required
• 5–7 years of experience is required.
