What you'll do

• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product failures
• troubleshoot electrical systems, PCBAs, and electromechanical assemblies
• support production issue resolution
• partner on containment, corrective, and preventive actions
• analyze failure trends
• develop tests and report failure-analysis results
• implement design and process improvements
• identify cost-reduction opportunities
• mentor junior engineers and technicians
• update schematics, bills of materials, work instructions, and test procedures.
