Part-Time Counter Sales Associate

The Part-Time Counter Sales Associate role is onsite in Republic, WA, with pay of $17.13–$24 per hour. The associate assists customers with product selection and project needs, processes orders and payments, and supports sales and store operations. The role contributes to a helpful customer experience through product guidance, accurate transactions, and upkeep of showroom and inventory areas.

What you'll do

• Answer product questions and help customers select items for projects
• maintain customer relationships
• assess prospective customers' needs and offer solutions
• assist with small project estimates and upselling
• process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges
• support larger quotes as directed
• contact existing house accounts with inside sales
• maintain showroom and samples
• stock merchandise
• assist with cycle counts and inventory
• keep system information accurate.
