What you'll do

• Manage prospects from inquiry through tour, application, lease execution, and move-in
• conduct tours and address objections
• generate prospect outreach
• support renewals and resident retention
• respond to resident needs
• screen applications and prepare leasing documents
• support the property’s Airbnb guest experience
• maintain accurate leasing records and reporting.
