Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health status, including vital signs, medical history, and symptoms
• collaborate on care goals and strategies
• reassess needs and adjust care plans
• provide skilled nursing interventions and treatments
• administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, and manage equipment as needed
• coordinate ancillary services
• educate and support residents and families
• document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• participate in care conferences
• follow infection-control protocols.
