What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers
• take vital signs and observe resident conditions
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• coordinate care with healthcare professionals
• maintain accurate care records
• participate in quality improvement initiatives
• provide respectful service to residents, families, and coworkers.
