Enrollment and Retention Coordinator

What you'll do

• Conduct outreach and follow-up with referred participants
• explain program services and expectations
• pre-screen referrals and complete intake and enrollment
• collect and verify documentation
• conduct work-readiness and barrier assessments
• lead orientations
• connect participants with career coaching, workshops, training, work experience, volunteer placements, employment services, and supportive resources
• monitor engagement and re-engage participants
• coordinate with program staff and community partners
• maintain accurate participant records and database entries
• assist with outcome reporting and quality assurance.
