Line Cook — Counting House

What you'll do

• Understand the menu and techniques needed to execute dishes
• prepare and cook food products
• taste and season food
• use different heat sources and cooking methods
• work with proteins, produce, grains, spices, and other ingredients
• maintain a clean and organized station
• understand station setup and pars to assist with ordering and next-day prep lists
• identify product quality and freshness
• plate and garnish menu items.
