The After Care Educator is an onsite role in Concord, CA, with compensation listed as $24. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 p.m., with Wednesdays from 12:30–6:00 p.m. HOKALI helps schools organize after-school programs and camps that enrich students’ learning and extracurricular experiences. The role combines recreational activities, homework support, positive behavior guidance, and accurate attendance and incident records.

What you'll do

• Supervise students from transitional kindergarten through eighth grade
• support student safety and well-being
• plan and lead recreational activities
• assist with homework and academic support as needed
• encourage positive social interaction and teamwork
• manage behavior using positive reinforcement
• maintain attendance and incident records
• oversee snack time and outdoor play
• prepare activity materials and keep spaces clean and safe.
