Fitness Coach

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate members through predesigned workouts
• demonstrate exercises and proper technique
• offer options for different fitness levels and limitations
• manage class flow and transitions
• apply knowledge of heart-rate-interval training
• monitor participant movement and address safety concerns
• maintain a clean exercise environment
• engage with members.
