What you'll do

• Round weekly at assigned facilities
• diagnose patient conditions through physical examination and/or telemedicine
• perform procedures such as debridement as necessary
• collaborate with facility clinical staff on findings and treatment
• explain diagnoses and treatment goals to patients
• document encounters in the APRIMA EMR
• facilitate referrals as needed.
