What you'll do

• Serve as primary scheduling contact for assigned projects
• develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded CPM schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
• lead scheduling through planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
• monitor performance using earned value management tools
• conduct schedule reviews, variance analysis, and impact assessments
• update schedules weekly and compare baseline with as-built progress
• prepare reports and dashboards
• recommend mitigation and process improvements
• participate in job walks, planning meetings, and scheduling reviews
• mentor junior scheduling staff as needed.
