Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues. Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to assistive personnel. Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
