Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager role is onsite in Provo, UT, with compensation of $80,000–$85,000 per year. The manager oversees maintenance and upkeep of resort lodging, public areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, shops, and utility systems at Sundance Mountain Resort. The role exists to keep resort property safe, attractive, and operational by coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs, supervising staff and contractors, and supporting service, budget, safety, and environmental standards.

What you'll do

• Inspect buildings, systems, and structures
• plan and perform preventive maintenance
• maintain records and resolve maintenance requests
• coordinate work with the Director of Facilities, other departments, and contractors
• schedule staff and prioritize jobs
• supervise in-house and contracted work
• manage maintenance training, materials, invoices, and resources
• address unsafe conditions and comply with OSHA requirements
• support department budgets and resort service and design standards.
