Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate role is onsite in Yakima, WA, with pay of $18–$19 per hour. The seasonal role supports the district’s tax preparation experience by greeting clients, coordinating appointments and client flow, collecting documents, and entering preliminary information. It also supports office setup, customer service, and local marketing and recruitment efforts as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet potential clients
• explain services and promotions
• verify and enter customer and W-2 information into company software
• schedule tax preparation appointments
• monitor client flow and answer phones
• resolve client issues
• prepare office locations to meet appearance standards
• assemble, repair, or dismantle furniture, computers, technology, or kiosk components
• help maintain a clean workplace
• assist with marketing and recruitment as needed.
