It explains services, memberships, and packages to clients, follows up on consultations, and coaches the front desk on consistent sales handoffs and presentations.

What you'll do

• Review daily collections reports and lead two sales huddles
• identify and promote the service of the week
• work the inherited client list and follow up on consultations that did not book
• answer, return, and log inbound calls as sales opportunities
• receive treatment plans from clinicians and explain recommended services, memberships, and packages
• offer appointment times, collect payment, and record sales in Zenoti
• coach the front desk on handoffs and sales presentations.
