Human Resources Consultant — Manufacturing Operations

The Human Resources Consultant role is onsite at Plant 2 in Fairfield, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST and some flexibility required in certain situations. It advances HR initiatives across talent, performance, engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations, while advising leaders and supporting change and transformation efforts.

What you'll do

• Partner with local management on total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations
• drive initiatives and coordinate cross-functional project milestones
• champion talent management and support team development and succession planning
• advise and coach leaders on HR matters
• support organizational design and development initiatives
• help deploy people-strategy transformations and support employee engagement and entity transformation.
