What you'll do

• Support the food safety and quality management system and third-party and internal audit readiness
• maintain SQF documentation
• track compliance metrics, audit findings, and CAPA effectiveness
• participate in root-cause investigations and continuous improvement
• analyze customer complaints and other FSQA trends
• maintain SOPs, forms, records, trackers, and reporting tools
• coordinate equipment calibration tracking
• support training materials, Tempo projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
