Residential Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• prepare vacant units for new residents through painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and fixture or appliance repairs
• conduct preventive inspections
• maintain grounds and common areas
• document work orders, parts, and time
• manage tools and supplies
• provide courteous service to residents
• participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
