RV Technician

Job overview

The RV Technician role is onsite in Longmont, CO. Pay is $30–$61 per hour. Transwest’s service team maintains recreational vehicles; this location does not service chassis or engines. The technician diagnoses and repairs RV interiors, exteriors, electrical systems, and plumbing, following repair orders and dealership and factory standards. The work supports safe, accurate repairs and customer vehicle readiness.

What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work and verify warranty coverage when applicable
• diagnose damage
• repair and install satellite, electrical, backup, awning, cabinetry, and countertop systems
• repair slide-outs, generators, roof-mounted air conditioning, propane, water, and plumbing systems
• test parts and systems
• coordinate parts
• document repairs
• road-test vehicles as needed
• maintain technical knowledge, vehicle cleanliness, tools, and an orderly work area
• follow hazardous-waste regulations.

Why this role
