Field Service Truck Specialist

The role exists to diagnose and repair work trucks and equipment at customer sites, providing solutions and a strong customer experience. It maintains service vehicles and equipment, documents work, and helps keep customer equipment operating across a multi-state service area.

What you'll do

• Perform field service and repairs on varied makes and models of work trucks and equipment, including cranes, welders, compressors, PTOs, and pumps
• diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• take ownership of customer problems
• order and return parts
• maintain the field service vehicle and equipment
• schedule workload and document diagnostics and repairs
• comply with DOT requirements and safety policies
• work overtime, weekends, and out of town when necessary
• travel locally and throughout Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Nevada, and Idaho.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current Utah driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record, DOT Medical Card, and tools for field repairs. Heritage-paid certifications may be pursued; they are not required of every technician.
