What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and report unauthorized entry or suspicious activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
