What you'll do

• Prepare and restore vacant apartments for move-ins
• perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• service sinks, showers, appliances, cabinets, doors, and fixtures
• replace bulbs, fixtures, switches, outlets, and hardware
• inspect and repair locks and weather stripping
• paint, caulk, and complete light drywall repairs
• assist with grounds upkeep and common-area cleaning
• coordinate unit turns with the maintenance team.
