What you'll do
- Maintain steamer and purse boat systems according to published schedules
- complete repairs to manufacturer specifications
- troubleshoot reported problems and recommend repairs
- inspect hydraulic systems at the end of the fishing season and prepare work orders for Vessel Manager approval
- disassemble and reassemble hydraulic pumps, rams, hoses, and valves
- report hazards, accidents, injuries, and environmental excursions promptly.
