The Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice is an onsite role based in Spokane, WA. Compensation for this position ranges from $39.67 to $61.58 per year, with additional compensation potential available for shift differentials and other incentives. This role supports the SCS Hospice team, contributing to the organization's mission of providing compassionate, whole-person care to vulnerable patients. The role exists to provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families by assessing needs and coordinating the Plan of Care. The RN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice group to anticipate changes in patient condition, promote patient choice, and enhance the quality of life for those receiving end-of-life care.

What you'll do

• Provide holistic nursing care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop, coordinate, and revise the Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice group to ensure continuity of care.
• Anticipate changes in patient condition to avoid crises and promote comfort.
• Support families through the end-of-life process.
