What you'll do

• Oversee procedural-day workflow
• coordinate with physicians and clinical staff on readiness and patient movement
• monitor patient turnaround times
• keep treatment rooms and recovery areas organized, stocked, and ready
• track inventory and coordinate ordering, vendors, and supply deliveries
• coordinate patient status and communication among facilities, transportation, scheduling, and clinical teams
• support staffing, timekeeping, employee relations, compliance, and quality improvement.
