Compliance Manager — DBRA

The Compliance Manager works onsite in Houston, TX, on a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Pay is $100,000+ DOE. What you'll do

• Review construction contracts for proper DBRA application
• verify contractor and subcontractor adherence to wage determinations and reporting requirements
• track project labor standards
• collect and review certified payrolls
• analyze data for discrepancies
• prepare compliance reports
• audit payrolls and supporting documents
• investigate potential violations
• work with legal teams on findings and corrective actions
• liaise with contractors, project managers, and regulatory bodies
• provide guidance and training
• maintain records
• monitor regulatory changes and update processes.
