What you'll do

• Manage large-group employee benefit accounts as the primary contact for day-to-day service and strategic support
• coordinate renewals, proposals, analysis, carrier negotiations, and implementation
• support enrollment, eligibility, billing, claims, and carrier issues
• prepare presentations, claim reports, and recommendations
• partner on benefit strategies
• support retention and account expansion
• maintain agency system records
• support open enrollment meetings and employee communications.
