What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care and support
• assist with admissions, orientation, screenings, and intake
• monitor physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being and report significant changes
• document observations and interventions in the electronic health record
• support trauma-informed crisis intervention and de-escalation
• perform permitted basic health screenings, vital signs, first aid, and urinalysis collections
• follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures
• assist with meal service
• transport residents to appointments and approved activities
• collaborate with the treatment team.
