What you'll do

• address attendance and behavioral issues professionally
• take ownership of floor operations and resolve problems
• assist with production scheduling, workflow coordination, and job prioritization
• monitor production progress and labor utilization
• conduct facility walkthroughs and complete operational checklists
• communicate staffing and production needs
• assist with customer updates
• use Excel and computer systems to document issues and track progress.
