Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bozeman, MT, supporting Madison Park, Gallatin Trails, and Copper Pines. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience and skills. 11Residential manages multifamily residential properties and aims to provide quality living environments for residents. The technician maintains apartment homes and shared facilities so they remain in good working order and meet property standards. The work supports resident service, apartment readiness for leasing, and the appearance and upkeep of the communities.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests, unit turns, and curb-appeal tasks
• coordinate and resolve resident requests
• prepare vacant units for showing
• troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems
• update work-order and make-ready systems
• inspect exteriors, parking lots, and common areas
• respond to maintenance emergencies during and after scheduled hours
• may support other area properties as needed.
