What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and direct grocery department activities
• support customer relations and communication
• develop department personnel through training, evaluation, and counseling
• teach grocery production fundamentals including stocking, facing, stacking, unloading, and organizing
• plan merchandising programs
• help control labor and inventory within budgets
• receive, store, price, and merchandise grocery products
• maintain department records and coordinate with other departments.
