Lead Firmware Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead embedded and firmware system design, development, and optimization
• write and review RTOS-based firmware
• architect firmware integrated with custom hardware, sensors, and control systems
• develop firmware, device drivers, and communication stacks
• review schematics and PCB layouts for firmware impacts and integration risks
• debug software, firmware, and hardware using bench tools
• build and maintain benchtop development setups
• lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning
• mentor engineers
• support integration, manufacturing, and production transition
• communicate technical risks and status to stakeholders.
