Piping Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, review, and approve piping designs, layouts, specifications, and deliverables
• perform piping stress analysis and flexibility assessments
• prepare and review material specifications, line lists, valve specifications, and piping class documents
• review drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, plot plans, and 3D models
• ensure compliance with ASME, API, ISO, and offshore requirements
• support modifications and upgrades
• investigate failures and integrity issues
• support inspection, corrosion monitoring, fitness-for-service, risk assessments, HAZOPs, and management of change
• coordinate with other disciplines and support projects through commissioning and startup.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline and at least five years of piping engineering experience required. Periodic travel to offshore assets, shipyards, or project sites may be required.
