Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hours potentially extended as needed. The role supports MOLLY MAID of Sacramento’s customer service and cleaning teams as the business grows. This position helps convert prospects into customers and supports scheduling, customer relations, estimates, payments, time entry, and customer retention. It also contributes to grassroots online marketing and may assist in the field, including with cleaning and training.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails
• follow up on leads and appointments
• schedule customer appointments
• respond to inquiries and concerns
• enter timecards, bill customers, and prepare route schedules and notes
• monitor and assist field teams
• prepare job quotes and coordinate in-home estimates
• support customer retention and online marketing
• assist with other duties as assigned.
