What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across regions
• partner with leadership on hiring plans
• source candidates and build structured interview processes
• manage candidate experience, recruiting metrics, and agency relationships
• run U.S. HR operations and support other regions
• administer payroll and benefits with Finance
• design onboarding and offboarding
• maintain HR policies, employee handbook, HRIS, and records
• monitor employment law and compliance
• support managers with performance cycles, employee relations, and people questions.
