Part-Time Kitchen Manager — Moving Ahead Program

What you'll do

• Coordinate kitchen components for the Moving Ahead Program
• create nutritional meal plans within the school menu, budget, and applicable requirements
• prepare meals and snacks or oversee preparation
• follow USDA, licensing, and health department rules
• maintain food and supply inventory and order within budget
• assist in classrooms as needed as an Assistant Teacher/Floater
• maintain or obtain Food Handler certification within seven days of hire
• maintain CPR certification and meet stated screening requirements.
