What you'll do

• Assist with warehouse, receiving and shipping, showroom, maintenance, warranty, counter sales, and inside sales functions
• serve in-store and telephone customers
• identify replacement parts and provide technical information
• use computer and catalog lookups for part numbers and prices
• advise customers about substitutions
• assess returned parts for exchange or refund
• maintain and stock inventory and displays
• enter sales orders
• reconcile end-of-day cash reports
• manage shipments and deliveries
• maintain customer relationships
• open or close the store as scheduled
• fill in for the Branch Manager when absent.
