What you'll do

• Perform routine and complex tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis
• operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• collect, prepare, and analyze specimens
• apply quality control
• report results promptly
• follow OSHA, CLIA, and COLA standards
• participate in proficiency testing and quality improvement
• manage reagent and material inventory
• assist with training
• maintain patient records and laboratory documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
