The Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position supporting properties in the Faribault, Owatonna, and Prior Lake areas. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
• maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air distribution systems, and related equipment
• monitor and adjust mechanical and pneumatic equipment and controls
• repair doors, ceilings, hand railings, floors, and plumbing fixtures
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• inspect emergency exits and life-safety equipment
• document and report work
• respond to emergencies and customer concerns
• comply with applicable codes, safety practices, and company directives.
